Following Jesus together—with friends, mentors, and plenty of joy.

Tuckahoe Youth Ministry helps middle and high school students grow into lifelong disciples through intentional relationships, thoughtful study, passionate worship, and hands-on service.

Get Started

Weekly Rhythm

  • Youth Group (Sundays): Bible exploration, prayer, games, and discussion
  • Worship Leadership: Students help lead in worship (readings, music, tech, testimonies)

 What We Do

  • Study & Worship: Scripture, faith practices, and real-life application
  • Outreach & Service: Leaf raking, meal prep, supply drives, and partner projects (see below)
  • Retreats & Mission: Local service days, seasonal retreats, and summer trips
  • Church Life: “Immersion” opportunities to serve alongside deacons, music, tech, and more

 Retreats & Summer

  • Montreat Youth Conference (every summer): A week of study, worship, and recreation that helps students know they are God’s beloved and part of Christ’s Church.
  • Youth Retreats: Fall/Spring retreats to rest, connect, and grow as a community (details announced seasonally).

Serving Our Neighbors 

  • CARITAS (Richmond): Supporting shelter, recovery, and job-readiness ministries.
  • YMCA Bright Beginnings: Helping kids start school with confidence (supplies, shopping, support).
