What an exciting time at Tuckahoe!!
For the first time in over a decade, Session has approved a Capital Campaign to raise funding for additional mission/outreach programs and much-needed renovations to our exterior campus. Each of the components of the campaign is addressing one or more of the goals identified in our Mission Study! The campus exterior renovation will improve accessibility, visibility, safety, and informational aspects of our campus while adding beautiful outdoor gathering spaces for members, friends, and visitors to enjoy. The $50,000 Mission component of the campaign was added to provide the Outreach Committee with necessary funding to look at new, innovative ways to support our neighborhood “just outside our walls”.

The total for both components of the Capital Campaign is $740,000, and there are funds total-ing $242,500 on hand and earmarked for this campaign. Session and the Endowment Committee have approved a Capital Campaign to raise the remaining $500,000 needed to fund the project. We are pleased to announce that there are already gifts committed to this campaign totally over $135,500, which will be matched by Endowment Funds—getting us over halfway to our goal of $500,000!
