It is time to put the YMCA’s Bright Beginnings volunteer opportunity on your calendar! Tuckahoe’s event is Monday, August 12th from 5:00-7:45 pm. We need 20-25 volunteers, ages 17 and up, to meet at the Tuckahoe Y where you will assist Henrico County’s less fortunate children in preparing for their school year. Volunteers will assist the children as they select clothes, order shoes, choose backpacks, etc.
Please register below to help by July 31 or, if unable to volunteer, you can support the program through your financial contributions made to the church and marked “Bright Beginnings” by July 31.
