Disaster Relief Effort at Tuckahoe

We could only watch as people’s lives were changed forever the past few weeks when Harvey rained down on Southeast Texas, and then just days later Irma barreled her way through the Caribbean, Florida and the Southeast. While most of us cannot head down and help with the cleanup effort, we can help in other meaningful and tangible ways.

At our Wednesday Night Supper on September 27 we will be working together to assemble disaster relief cleanup kits and hygiene kits to send to those in need after the recent natural disasters in our country.  With guidance from the Presbyterian Disaster Assistance Agency’s website, we will work together to assemble 20 cleanup buckets and 30 hygiene kits following dinner that night.

You may help by:

  1. Donating money toward the cost of supplies– a special offering will be collected on Sunday, September 24th.
