Sunday School Mornings at Tuckahoe

Tuckahoe offers a great variety of opportunities for Christian worship, education, fellowship, and service. On Sunday, a traditional schedule is followed, with church school at 9:30 am followed by worship at 11:00 am (10:00 a.m. in summer). Infants to age two are cared for in a nursery. Children's classes are divided by age or school grade from age 2 through Senior High. Their goal is to nurture spiritual growth and to explore how Christian faith is central to our lives by examining Biblical themes and events as well as the life and ministry of Jesus Christ. In the Adult Division, the New Covenant class studies a variety of biblically oriented topics ranging from individual books of the Bible to Christian history and doctrine. The Forum class explores contemporary issues and how they impact on our faith. The Discussion Class follows a course that seeks to deepen the participants understanding of issues of faith through reading of current authors. Classes are open to all.
