Children and Families

In addition to our busy Sunday school mornings, children and their parents also participate in the Christmas Eve Family Service with The Pageant, Easter Egg Hunts on Easter Day, and Wednesday night dinners. First Graders and their families participate in Communion Education / First Communion Classes in the spring of the year, with First Communion on Trinity Sunday. Children’s Church is held on the first Sunday of every month, October through May, for children 4 years old through 1st grade. As you look around the sanctuary, you will see that children are part of our worshiping community. Their presence here grows out of the Biblical tradition and conviction that children are members of the covenant community.
